Jackie McNae and Jane Bayley have experience in a wide range of resource management issues, including tourist developments, landfill sites, integrated settlement planning, quarrying and forestry, rural industry, coastal permits and port development, marine farming, subdivision and roading.

Subdivision Management

The key to a successful subdivision is the coordination of the many and varied inputs required. The role of Steven Odinot and Lawrie Saunders, the Subdivision Management Project Managers is to identify the resources required to meet these goals and to match and manage the relationships between the diverse range of professionals involved in subdivision projects and to work closely with the client through the process.

Surveying & Land Development

The role of Alex Martin is as the leader of the team which offer an integrated surveying and engineering service to the Land Development Industry. We are Engineering Surveyors and Surveying Engineers!

We have experience in a wide range of land developments including complex servicing requirements and those within sensitive, geographical or geological areas.

Our services are mobile and are available both outside the Nelson region and outside New Zealand. Our staff has experienced working in many locations both outside New Zealand and within.

Our aim is to find the most appropriate and economic system to undertake a given task and not be restricted to conventional methods and thinking. We find that in the fast changing technical and legislative environment in which we operate such an attitude can reap worthwhile benefits for our clients and all other parties involved.
